2. Services Offered
Organic Spa MX offers a wide range of wellness services, including:
- Facial treatments with 100% organic ingredients.
- Therapeutic and relaxation massages.
- Personalized wellness rituals.
- Mindful luxury services with vegan formulations.
- Sale of personal care products available in our Gift store.
3. Reservations and Appointments
To guarantee the availability of our services, we recommend booking your reservation in advance. By scheduling an appointment, you accept the following conditions:
- Reservations can be made through our website, by phone or at any of our locations.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a charge of 50% of the reserved service.
4. Payment Policy
Organic Spa MX accepts the following payment methods for the purchase of products through our online store:
- Direct bank transfer (SPEI): the order will be processed once payment is confirmed in our account.
- Orders will remain in ‘On hold’ status until payment is confirmed.
- Organic Spa MX reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders within 48 hours.
5. Products
All of our products are of organic origin with vegan formulations. By making a purchase in our Gift store, you agree that:
- Prices published on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes and may show slight variations from the actual product.
6. Refunds
Our refund policy applies under the following conditions:
- Spa services are non-refundable once they have begun.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance shall be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
