POLICIES AND TERMS
Free cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to another client.
Cancellation with a fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the total price of the service.
No appearance: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full cost of the service. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we always prefer to hear from you so we can reschedule and make the slot available to others.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can find a time that works for you.

Medical conditions: Please let us know about any medical conditions, allergies, or previous injuries that could affect the quality or safety of your experience.
Arrival instructions: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment so you have enough time to get ready.
Valuables and jewelry: For your convenience, we recommend that you do not bring any valuables, as we are not responsible for any lost items.
